Teaching Philosophy
".....I personally believe that education and nurturing are alike, because education also requires teachers to fulfill the critical role of facilitating students’ observational learning in addition to their knowledge acquisition in class as the basic function of education. Because I know that students will naturally observe and internalize what I do in class, I center my teaching philosophy on ECHO principles and reflect these principles on their achievements throughout the course.
